Chapter 3 Everything Terrible
- The man was so angry but he managed to control his nerve. No one have ever talked to him in that manner. He stood there in shock, watching Jennifer as she walked towards the elevator. The shock couldn't even let him alter a word.
- He was literally insulted to the core which was enough for him to show the young lady his true colour, but he surprised that he was keeping calm and couldn't do anything. As Jennifer entered the elevator, the man closed his eyes and took a deep. He wanted to erase the scene in his mind and forget that something like that ever happened but he could not. His mind was racing, thinking of what to do which he had to do fast.
- He entered the second Elevator and drove down the last floor of the building. He stepped out immediately and scanned the environment with his eyes but he couldn't see her. As he looked straight outside the building, he saw the lady walking out through the gate with a fast pace.
- He headed to the parking lot without hasitaton and entered his car which was the most expensive car in the parking lot. He fired it up and drove out, hoping to see her outside.
- Just as he made his way out, he saw her entering a taxi. The taxi drove off and he followed up. He does'nt know his exact mission but he just saw himself following and chasing the car. All he knew was that he won't be happy if he looses her. He couldn't even tell if his intention was to confront her or to tell her how he suddenly had feelings for a discourteous rude lady who just insulted him.
- Jennifer was not aware that he was following her, neither the taxi driver.
- "Mam, is there any problem? You look worried." The taxi asked, breaking the silent which have lasted up to a couple of minutes. He had been watching her from the driver's center mirror. Jennifer didn't reply and he went on to ask, "What is the problem? Maybe I can be of help. I don't like the mood I'm seeing you."
- "Can you mind your business and focus on your work?" Jennifer replied. There was a trace of anger in her voice which she could not control.
- "Sorry for disturbing you." The cap driver said.
- "I don't need your apology. Just mind your fucking business." Jennifer replied. Not up to ten minutes, Jennifer got to her house. She paid the driver and got out of the car. The man spying her was two poles away as he kept watching her.
- As Jennifer walked in through the gate, she was shocked in disbelief. Her bags were outside. It was as if it was thrown out. Her makeup kits and other accessories were scattered all over the floor. She was about to talk and another bag was flipped outside from the main door.
- She looked up and saw a tall muscular guy who just flipped the bag out. The guy stared down at her and retired inside the house without saying a word. She was confused. Why are they throwing her things outside?
- She was about to raise her voice and rush inside and her uncle showed up.
- "Uncle, what is happening? What is the meaning of this? Who are they and Why are they throwing my things out of the house?" Jennifer asked, looking up at him. He had been abusing her but this unexpected awful scene shocked her.
- "I don't want to accommodate you anymore. I want to make use of the room." His uncle replied.
- "Is this a joke or what?" Jennifer asked. She could not believe what was happening at the moment.
- "Do this look like a prank? I said I don't want you in this house anymore. You can go out there and lent a house. I don't want to see you in this house anymore."
- "What?" Jennifer could see that he was serious..
- "You should be appreciating me for paying people to help you get your trash out of the room." He said. "Now I want you to start picking your trash and Be fast about it."
- "I can see that you have gone crazy. You must be out of your senses this time. I'm not going anywhere!" Jennifer yelled, only to receive a hard slap on her cheek.
- "Did you just slap me?" Jennifer asked while placing her palm on her cheek.
- "And I will slap you again and again if you don't carry your things and get out of this house with your mislable life!" Her uncle shouted at her.
- "That can never happen. This is my father's house. You can't send me out. You should be the one to leave the house. You cannot take what my father left for me. You claimed his money when he died and took his car away from me. Now you want to send me away from his house? Is that how evil you have become?" Jennifer asked amidst tears. Her cheek was hurting her so badly.
- "I would have considered if you are a man, but you are a girl. You can't inherit any of his things. I'm his elder brother. I says what happens and you cannot do anything about it." He said. "Don't even bother yourself to report to anyone because both of us knows that nobody is going to help you. Not even the cops. Now take your bags and leave or you watch me burn them here and now."
- "I always know that you don't like me. You are wicked but I still believe you have some atoms of conscience." Jennifer blurted out.
- "Conscience? Did I heard you say conscience? For you?" He asked. "If you don't know, I hate you so much that I want you dead."
- The huge muscular guy came out with another guy with her remaining bags and tossed it where other bags where dropped.
- "Now carry your trash and leave this house immediately." He commanded.
- "I'm not going anywhere uncle. This is my father's house. You have no right to throw me out of my father's house." Jennifer protested.
- "Who is talking about right here? Your father is dead and rotting in hell. This is my house now and I don't want to accommodate you anymore. Get out before you will loose everything. I will burn all these garbage if you don't leave now."
- "Do your worst uncle. Yes! Do your worst. This is my father's house. I'm not leaving. I'm not going anywhere."
- "Since you are still feeling stubborn, you give me to choice than to lit all this trash with fire and guess what?...... you will still leave." He said. "Get me a gasoline and a matches." He ordered one of the men who were now standing at his back.
- "You still have the chance to leave with your bags if they are still important to you because in less than five minutes from now, you will have nothing to leave with. " Her uncle warned..
- "I rather die than to leave." Jennifer replied.
- "If that is a threat, then be ready to die. I'm sure your dad must be missing you in hell." He said and just then, the muscular guy showed up with a gallon of gasoline and matches box.
