• 2 figures walked along one of the streets of the dilapidated district. Compared to other districts in the Spartan republic, this was on a far lower level so it was not an exaggeration to call it dilapidated.
• The 2 figures walking were dressed in black clothes from head to toe, and they were also covered in black hoods. Their huge boots made soft thudding noises on the street as they walked across.
