Chapter 50 The Enemy

Cara doesn't know whether to be happy or horrified. She thought she got happy because the enemies didn't get the incantation, but on the other hand, it was terrifying to think that she was the one they needed to perform the desired ritual for so long.
The real debate between her heart and mind is whether she should tell Blake about this matter. She doesn't know how he will react when it happens. What she was afraid of was that he would hate her and think of her as a mortal enemy because, from the beginning, if it was based on lineage, she was really an enemy.
Cara will postpone it for now. Even though she knew by this time, the Phobos probably knew what they were looking for.
