Chapter 44 Forty Four

• Logan sat next to Adena in the lobby, where they were waiting for Damon. She turned to him and noticed how pale he looked. She felt bad that he had to risk his mental and emotional health in order to bring her to the hospital.
• "Are you okay?" She asked. He turned to her and nodded. He shifted his gaze to the glass window, it was still raining, but it wasn't so heavy anymore.
• "You didn't have to get in the rain because of me" she added, folding her arms across her chest.
