Chapter 39 Bad Daughter

- I woke up the next day with my entire body feeling knackered. When I opened my eyes, it was strange–the bed I lay in was not the usual one I slept and woke up in. The scent was different. The strangest part–something heavy, like an arm, was laying across my chest. I nearly screamed if not that a memory flashed in my head instantly halting my scream. The memory came in bits and was unclear but I couldn't ignore the realness of it. O stilled and waited for it to replay.
- That was when I looked and saw Derrick. I froze, because that moment the bits and bits of memories started to merge, leaving the unclear zone and rearing up strongly. And very clear.
