• Zeke was waiting right outside Ainslee’s door. I nearly slam into him as I leave. So much for keeping secrets. “Have fun?” Zeke deadpans, though the corners of his lips are twitching. I walk away, putting some distance between us and the spot a few feet from Ainslee’s chambers where Zoey is waiting.
• “Shut up,” I grunt. I motion for Zeke to follow me down the marble-floored hall and staircase, taking him to my office. “What did you find out?”
