• In the hot afternoon, Detective Washington-Smith parked her Golf 7 by the Jefferson's pavement just next to Barry's car. Barry continued to wash the windows of the car as she closed her door and walked over. She had called Barry a few hours after Timothy's warning. And so Barry had invited her over.
