Chapter 5 Class Reunion

• Ye Ming arrived at the hospital, where his mother Qiu Fen had already helped his father Ye Kang with the discharge procedures.
• "Dad, I'm here to see you," he smiled.
• Ye Kang glanced at him and asked, "Have you caused any trouble recently? Did those creditors come looking for you?"
• "Dad, don't worry, I've already paid off my debts and I still have some left. I'll give it to you when we get home," Ye Ming thought to himself that it was better to discuss it at home where there were fewer people.
• "You, save some money for yourself. Your mom and I won't starve," Qiu Fen said. They knew their son had a hard time.
• "Let's go, let's go home," Ye Kang sighed. So many things had happened, he had aged a lot and looked very dejected.
• "Dad, let's go. I just hired a van outside the hospital entrance, it's waiting for us downstairs," Ye Ming smiled.

• Ye Jiaming quickly stood up and said, "Forget it, Dahai. Don't argue with him. We finally got together this time, let's not get angry."

• Zhou Long said on the side, "Ye Ming, you just got married yesterday, isn't your wife at home? Otherwise, let us meet her?"

• "What's up?" Gu Xiaonan asked coldly on the other end of the line.
• "I have a classmate gathering here, and they want you to come and join us at the KTV in town," Ye Ming said.
• "They are your classmates, not mine. Why should I come?" Gu Xiaonan replied indifferently.
• Ye Ming felt a bit embarrassed. He didn't expect Gu Xiaonan to refuse so bluntly. But if she didn't want to come, there was nothing he could do about it.
• After hanging up the phone, he said, "My wife has something to do, but she said she'll try her best to come if she has time."
