Chapter 28

• I went to grandma’s room and I saw she was sitting on the bed and staring out of the window and she felt someone was looking at her. I heard her let out a deep sigh and speak.
• “Kayn..Is there anything that you want to know?” She didn’t even look in my direction. She was still staring out of the window, I could feel the loneliness and sadness in her. She was aged, her hair turned into white more than before. I remembered the way she looked after me when I was young and when I was pregnant. I really felt sad because I left her. She loved me and took care of me but I failed to stay with her.
• “Grandma...” I spoke. My voice was broken. I wanted to cry. It really hurts to see the people I loved after many years. Grandma suddenly looked at me.
