Chapter 62 The Surprise

• CHLOE WOKE up with a pang of pain in her head. “Ugh,” she mumbled and slowly adjusted her eyes into the dim room. She wanders her eyes then suddenly, fear filled inside her.
• She was in a dim room, lying on a steel bed—cold and has the smell of rust. She got up and started to call someone. However, by doing it five times, no one answered, until she decided to stand up and walk her way to the door.
• As fear evades her heart, she breathes heavier. Her eyes started to pour tears. Why am I here? she asked herself. Why does she need to be there? She does nothing. She’s just a mere waitress in that restaurant.
