Chapter 49 Meeting
- Alexander and I had been together for a short time, but no one could deny that everything had been, and continued to be, too intense. We went at tremendous speed and jumped from stage to stage, as if we were anticipating that time was not going to catch up with us. That we were going to lack life. Or perhaps, that we were going to ruin everything at some point, and in order not to leave ourselves with half-lived experiences, we ran between the tempos of our history.
- I woke up again in his arms. I was getting used to waking up like this, and I loved it more and more. It was an inexplicable feeling of security, of comfort... joy and happiness, mixed with the newness of what it meant to have him in my life, and to be in his in such an enormous way. A sensation that could not be fairly described and feeling it was sublime.
- My eyes little by little adapted to the light that filtered through the curtains of the suite overlooking the sea and when I became aware of him, so protective and relaxed at the same time next to me, I couldn't help but smile into the air and internally thank him. To the Lord, for giving me that opportunity that I never thought I would have,in my life.
