• Emily did that because she knew those kids would say hurtful words to Grandma or ignore her when she’s talking to them. Just the few moments she spent with them, she discovered they were rude but Naomi was more rude than Michael. Michael didn’t have his right, he did things Naomi wanted him to do.
• Grandma and Emily left the hospital. Emily made sure she didn’t show her anger in the car. She didn’t want Grandma to find out something happened at the hospital again.
