Chapter 84 Saying Goodbyes
- Bryce was seated at the restaurant with a coffee in one hand as he stared outside the window. He had just finished a meeting with his staff and decided to sip on his coffee as he waited out here for someone. Part of the reason why he hasn't returned back home was because he wanted Hera to enjoy her little freedom before he arrives.
- With a deep contented sigh, his mind rolled out the events that had happened the past week. So far, Hera has been discharged from the hospital and was given intensive care at home. Most of the time, they had ended up arguing over a couple of things like her personal space which was no longer hers anymore.
- He had been watching her like a hawk watching over its hatchling. He had been overly protective of her but with good intentions too. Hera on the other hand believes that he was doting on her too much and wanted to do some things on her own but he wouldn't allow it. God forbids he does. There's absolutely no way in hell that he'd do that. He never lets her out of his sight even for a split second. Not after what had happened the last time.
