• I may have been born with a golden spoon in my mouth, but life was not easy for me. It was difficult for someone with the impression of a brat. Nobody saw the struggle of a rich kid—I didn’t experience a lot of things as other average girls had. I didn’t have a great childhood. I didn’t have good boyfriend-girlfriend relationships. As soon as they discovered I was Lex Kross’s granddaughter, all they wanted was to impress me, which I hated the most. But I was still grateful despite those failures.
• But this man whose arms wrapped around me as we came to the last part of the tour—his study room had succeeded in impressing me. I always appreciated simple things like what he did with the space. He gave me a small space to put an office for me.
