Chapter 21

• As the morning sun peeked through the window, Lisa's alarm blared, jolting her awake. She groggily reached over to turn it off and sat up, rubbing her eyes.
• She hurriedly got dressed, slipping into her favorite blouse and grabbing her bag. Without even thinking of making breakfast for George because she has decided not to cook for him, she rushed out the door, because she didn’t even want to see his face so she drove herself to work.
• Meanwhile, George woke up to the sound of silence. He stretched and yawned, slowly making his way to the bathroom and took a quick shower, he got ready and came downstairs to have breakfast. As he entered the dining area, he glanced around, realizing that Lisa had already left without making breakfast.
