- "Rose!" I heard Kate say as we teleported back to the human realm.
- She tried to hug me but Derek kept me close to him with his arms around my body. I looked over at him and saw that his eyes were black. He looked like he would kill his sister if she tried to pull me away from him. She must have noticed because she moved a little away from us to give us space.
