• "Hey, Cody, bring out the vegetables," I called out to Cody from outside the tent that we had set up beside the RV. I was in front of the barbecue set atop a small, rustic wooden table. As I flipped the meat, I turned towards the RV's door, where Cody emerged, holding a tray of vegetables. He gently placed it on the table inside the tent and then walked over to me.
• "Hey," he muttered, standing beside me. "Are you almost done?"
