Chapter 44 A Too-late Apology

• The next morning, after finishing breakfast, Ladapha stayed to keep the little one company as Ayu insisted on drawing pictures with her, even pulling out his most endearing whines. Meanwhile, Yin Yue returned to his study, saying he had some work to finish. Close to noon, Ladapha left Ayu to color in the living room by himself and went to the kitchen to help Aunt Phorngrampai set the table for lunch.
