• I walk out to the door, unlock it, and step into my mother’s side of the house. I hear her voice and walk towards it; as I step in, she looks at me, confused and shocked. Yeah, I don’t unlock that fucking door when she finds a new man.
• “Grayson.” She looks at me, confused, and I feel someone tug on me. It’s either Ashton or Emmett, but I don’t care. I watch as Dave looks over at me, a smug look covering his face.
