Chapter 57 Stacey Runs Away

• "I can't believe this….." Gwendolyn shouted in disbelief, anger visible in her eyes as she dialed Stacey's number. But everytime the call went straight to voicemail.
• With a sigh she turned and glared at everyone on the dining table sending chills down their spines, they all knew when the old lady was angry then everyone else got burned. Gwendolyn rested her cold gaze on Victoria. "Victoria, I gave you one job, just one job: to keep an eye on your daughter and you couldn't even do that!" Gwendolyn yelled, aggressively slamming her cellphone to the floor.
• "Mother in-law, I didn't know she would run away… and it's not my fault, why are you blaming me of all people?" Victoria replied angrily. She was just as angry as Gwendolyn was at the time.
