• The sun was setting behind the city buildings. I stood by the window, my heart pounding with a secret I could no longer keep. I had planned this for weeks, hoping everything would go perfectly. I slipped out unnoticed, everyone too absorbed with the happy couple to notice my absence.
• As I approached the spot I had chosen, a secluded garden just a few minutes away, I quickened my pace. It was beautiful, exactly how I ordered the arrangements: fairy lights draped over the trees, a cosy setup with cushions and blankets, and a small table adorned with candles. It was warm and magical.
