• "What are you doing? You dog! Do you know who I am? Let go of me!" The man with a cloth sack over his head was being led, or more aptly, dragged by two robust warriors. They moved briskly through the dim and mysterious tunnels, and it wasn't clear how far they had gone until the man's yelling left his throat dry and hoarse, yet the sack over his head remained in place.
• They stopped, but the hood was still not removed. The man could feel his hands being restrained behind him by the two individuals who had seized him earlier. Subsequently, they tied him to a chair with a rope—struggling was futile, especially after two or three days without food, leaving him powerless to resist.
