• Alpha Damon opened his eyes abruptly and checked the screen of his phone to see if it was morning, but it was nowhere near morning at all. He took a deep breath as he hit his bed hard and grunted heavily. “Why can't I get any sleep?” He asked himself as he sat up on the bed. His mind had been filled with the thought of Ava. Even if he wanted to forget her, he could not just do that as each time he tried, he only ended up thinking about her more. He got up from his bed and went out of the room to the bar, as he thought of getting a drink to help him sleep faster.
• “What do we have here?” He asked himself as he checked through to see the varieties of drink that were there. “Voilà.” He said as his gaze fell on the one he felt was the strongest of all the drinks there. He brought it down and poured some into a glass cup, immediately emptying it into his mouth. He took a deep breath as he dropped the cup on the table and gazed at it with a straight face.
