Chapter 21 A Lot Of History, A Lot Of Promises

• A large part of Andrei's morning was spent cycling between reports, presentations and emails. Then, promptly at 11:15 AM, fifteen minutes before he was supposed to leave for his meeting with the family, Monique knocked on his door, grinning like a Cheshire cat as she waved her tablet at him.
• "Breaking news!" She announced, pausing for dramatic effect as she flipped her hair over her shoulder.
• "For an executive assistant, you sure have a lot of free time, Monique!" Andrei drawled as he stood up and reached behind him for his suit jacket draped over his backrest.
