Chapter 61 -I'm Exhausted

• The whole entire time, I owed it to Fay and Hannah for being there for me throughout the entire time.
• I had called Fay first and without even asking me many questions, she drove all the way to the house to pick me up and take me with her to her place. Much to my surprise, Hannah was there too, and she and Fay took utmost care of me like I was a child under their care for the length of the days – that I was not keeping track of – that I decided to stay with them in their apartment. Fay cooked for me all the time and Hannah was at my every beck and call for tissues and coffee, and I almost cried at the level of support that these women gave me. It was so immense and so pure and it moved me to tears a couple of times.
