Chapter 2 His Home
- ON HER DADDY’S BED!
- Chapter 2.
- Authors pov.
- The ride from the airport to Axel’s was quite far. They finally pulled Into the compound of the magnificent building that was situated at the secluded eastern part of Washington.
- Hazel stepped out of the Landcruiser Prado after the guards helped her to open the door.
- Her mouth patted open at the sight of the magnificent building that welcomed her, she stared up at the mighty building that shared the same look as skyscrapers in New York City and it was awe-inspiring.
- She breathed deeply as she took a quick glimpse around at all the security guards surrounding the property. Her heart sped up slightly as she felt her anxiety start to build.
- If she wasn't from a rich home she would have spent the whole day admiring the house because everything in the building screamed luxury.
- “The house would not fuck you, momma, do not rip it glass.” he walked closer and stood beside her his hands behind him.
- She scoffed slightly and rolled her eyes at him.
- “Your house is beautiful,” she ignored his words and complemented the building.
- “Is that a compliment?”
- “Tag it whatever, Axel. I am hungry.”She held onto her stomach
- “You didn't turn a foodie overnight, did you? Cause I won't be able to handle one.
- “You can send me out if you want to, I do not even wish to stay here.” she roared out coldly and Axel chuckled.
- “You know your dad would prefer me holding onto your waist every fucking time, than having another man do it.” he winked at her, and she huffed. Hazel knew well that he would always have an answer to each of her statements.
- “Let's go.” he urged her and they both began to walk in.
- Axel has been Mr. Marco's best friend since Axel lost his brother in college, although it is clear enough that Marco is way older, he has chosen to stay close and love Axel like a brother because Alex, Axel’s eldest brother was his only friend before he died of an unknown disease.
- “The elevator would be much better, momma. the stairs will hurt your leg.” Axel pressed the number of the floor that had her room, the moment they got close to the elevator.
- “Why build it so long when you are the only one living in it.”
- “And some guards.” he corrected her, shutting her mouth close.
- While they walked into the elevator, Hazel’s legs quivered as the phobia hit her hard.
- She has never liked an elevator, because of the phobia she had for confined space. Her sweaty palm held her clothes as she tried to keep herself from trembling.
- Axel noticed the change in her reaction, he stared at her keenly, trying so hard to observe the change she had developed.
- “Fuck!” he had totally forgotten that she was claustrophobic.
- Without a notice, he pulled her into his arms as he noticed the fear in her eyes.
- She tried to resist, but he pressed her hard against his chest.
- “Stay here, momma.” he breathed out softly and her stomach chimed as unfathomable waves of sparkles flushed through her.
- She settled into his embrace, her body pressing hard against his, while his hands sank into her waist, pulling her closer to his hard body.
- He looked down at her small face, she stared back looking nervous, while her breath became more shallow. She tried to struggle again, but his hold tightened.
- He pressed his chin against her head as the elevator dinged and she shuddered under his grip.
- “I’m here momma,” he reassured stroking her hair gently, while she relaxed into him feeling all the comfort she needed.
- For the first time, she felt so much solace, she felt so comfortable in the arms of the man she felt she hate.
- Even though he has been her daddy’s friend, Hazel could swear that she didn't like him a bit because he was an idol and every lady wanted him.
- She liked men that are rather not known by anybody, and the case was different from Axel. He is an idol and the CEO of a prestigious fashion company, girls were always around him.
- The elevator was taking too much time and they both didn't like it. Axel hated the lustful feeling that came from having her so close to him, he hated that he was having her just in his embrace.
- It was her first day here and things were already putting them in a compromised state, with her kind of body, he can not guarantee how well he would be able to hold back from touching her.
- The elevator finally threw open and they both heaved out a sigh of relief. He let go of her and she jumped out of the elevator while he followed suit, a light smile securing the bream of his lips.
- They walked for some seconds before he halted his step at the front of a very beautiful door.
- “This will be your room momma.”
- “Hazel, my name is Hazel.” she corrected with a very ferocious look and he scoffed.
- “Doesn't it sound weird? calling you Hazel? wouldn't it sound as though I am calling out my name? I wonder why everything had to be similar.”
- Hazel ignored the sarcastic look he had and opened the door, the sight of what she met interrupted her steps, she stared at the room then back at Axel. The room looked exactly like the one she had back there in Texas
- “How did you do this?” her eyes welled up in tears as she felt all emotional, it might look small but it meant everything to her.
- She had felt really bad leaving her room behind, but now she feel really safe living here.
- “Would you pay me, if I let you know?” his voice was calm, and Hazel scoffed.
- “You are unbelievable.” she huffed and walked in while he followed her, taking slow and steady steps into the room.
- Hazel stared around the room, and her heart melted at the sight of her most cherished portrait.
- “Thank you, Axel.” she breathed out calmly, and he blinked calmly.
- “Freshen up and come down, I will have the maids prepare your favorite food.”
- “Thank you.” She let out softly and he stared at her one last time before stepping out, leaving her to admire her room.
