• I hear Hanna’s footsteps before she enters back into the living room. With every step she takes towards Mrs. Sullivan, I hear my heart beating fast against my chest. My dad died drunk while driving. I know Jason’s parents died because a drunk driver hit their car. Please, God, my dad could have hit anyone the night he died. Please don’t make it Jason’s parents.
