• Arriving in Alpha Edward's room, she found him lying on the bed, a blanket covering his legs up to his stomach. Amanda walked over to the side of the bed and gently took his hand in hers. “I’m sorry for running away,” she said softly. “I just needed a moment to gather my thoughts.”
