• “Stupid, stupid stupid!!” I yelled while kicking at the bucket in front of me. What was wrong with me, why do I always mess things up?
• “We'll find her,” Mira said. She placed a hand on my shoulder and squeezed. I turned to her and despite my fear and anger, I forced a smile for her. It was nice seeing her show concern over the matter. The both of us had caused this and it was our responsibility to bring Selene back home.
