• "But what if he tells Laurie that I went to him?" Tommy asked hesitantly.
• "Bring him lots of presents. Little kids are always easy to persuade when given presents. That's why there are so many kidnappers around, because it's that easy to lie to little kids," Millie said in a sneer. "I wonder why your mind is so complicated, Tommy.
