Chapter 38 Defeating Mikey Without Moving

• Finley, Samuel, and Samantha knew who Zachary was, but they did not warn Mikey. It turned out that their relationship with Mikey was similar to how Samantha was with Natalie before. It was nothing more than a friendly relationship on the surface, or fake friends, to be exact. After all, it was a complicated and messy circle. For example, Samuel seemed very respectful toward Finley and appeared to see him as the boss in their circle. Yet, he had always had an ambition in him, hoping that Finley's family would go into bankruptcy, causing the Yeager family to rise again. In that case, he would become the boss in their circle and take Finley's place.
• Still, Samuel at least respected Finley on the outside, while Mikey was completely the opposite toward Finley. Mikey had been trained in combat since he was young.
