Chapter 7 What Exactly Do You Want?

• Dmitry alongside his ten regular escorts walked inside the ward that Elianor's kids were. "Are you the miracle Doctor?" Asked Dmitry.
• The woman seated between the twin stood, she recognized Dmitry at once. What is the demon of leaf city doing here? The most powerful man in the city standing before her on a day like this has to be a dream.
• The woman pinched herself secretly and forced out a smile, "yes...yes."
• At Dmitry's gesture, the door opened and two officials from the Civil Bureau stepped in with a marriage contract. They went ahead and placed the papers before the woman, "Cause of Mr. Dmitry's influence, you need not bother to come to the Bureau. Here's the marriage agreement, all you need to do is to provide us a passport photograph and put your signature here. Then you are officially Mr. Dmitry's wife."
• The woman thought she was dreaming. Her heart leaped for joy but it was also palpitating. She quickly brought out her purse and brought out a passport photograph then handed it over to one of the officials. Then she signed.
• "That will be all, Ms." The officials then handed over the marriage agreement to Dmitry's male personal assistant afterwhich they excused themselves from the ward.
• Dmitry didn't bother asking the woman if she would like to get into marriage with him. He knew it was many women's dream to get married to him, infact, this woman will consider herself lucky to be married to him.
• "If there's anything else, I'll contact you." Dmitry said and was about to turn away when the woman quickly spoke.
• "Sir, we are now married. I think I..."
• Dmitry turned with a cold look, "the last thing I want is headache. This marriage is not born out of love. Like I said, I'll contact your if I need anything from you." Then he said to his male assistant, "give this woman some cash."
• Yuri immediately handed the woman a bagpack containing a load of cash. When the woman saw it, her eyeballs almost fell off. She held the money closer to her chest, as if unwilling to let go.
• Her attitude disgust Dmitry. He wonders why women have so much love for money. "I hope you behave."
• "Definitely. I'll wait for you to contact me. I promise not to cause any trouble." Says the woman.
• Soon, Dmitry and his ten escorts were out of the ward.
• Barely ten seconds later, Natasha came back into the ward. She has gone to throw her children's diaper away and had brought with her baby formulas. She was however surprised to see the person she least expect seated comfortably on the seat between her children's ward.
• Her heart flew a hundred meters away as she wondered if this woman had done something to hurt her children. She rushed towards the beds and examined her less than a month old babies, seeing that they were looking okay, she heaved a sigh of relief then she set her attention on the unwanted visitor.
• "What in the world are you doing here?" Natasha asked. For she had only seen her once and that was when she and her mother packed into her father's house eight months ago.
• This woman is Ruby, her stepsister. Ruby remain seated majestically, her face was full of happiness. She was now the legal wife of the most powerful man in the city. She thought, if she was not here, Natasha would have married Mr. Dmitry? Ruby believed she's the luckiest woman in earth.
• "Do you think we won't find you? Even if you come back to Leaf City after two decades, my father's men will still locate you," Ruby said.
• Natasha's heart began to thump abnormally. She could feel her heart leaping towards her throat. Is her father's men already around? Will they take her kids from her? Will they keep her and torture her? She didn't know what they will do to her exactly.
• Seeing the fear on Natasha's expression, Ruby scoffed briefly and said, "don't worry, father didn't know yet that you are in a leaf City. It was my source that informed me about your presence."
• "What do you want?" Natasha asked.
• "Congratulations on your babies, Natasha," seeing that Natasha didn't respond, she went on to her primary reason of being here, "your mother's urn is with us as well as this..." Ruby brought out a customized carved jewelry box then opened it, "in here is all your mother's jewelries. And you can't imagine how expensive they are."
• "Drop it and leave." Natasha said.
• "Of course not. I'm taking this with me and if you dare make a ruckus, I'm informing Father of your arrival immediately." Ruby threatened.
• "What exactly do you want?" Natasha was sincerely loosing her patience.
• "Father won't be around until next week Tuesday. Kindly come around and have dinner with myself and my mom."
• "I wonder what having dinner with you and your mom have to do with handing over what is rightfully mine. And I didn't forget your mom killed my mother. Now, please leave."
• "I take it you are not coming for the dinner."
• "I'm not. And nothing must happen to my mother's belongings. They mean so much to me than you think. I'll come for it. Now leave."
• Ruby hummed and nod then stood. As she began to walk away, Natasha wanted to stop her and ask that she shouldn't tell her father about her presence but either she stops her and tells her not to or not, she will do what she wants.
• She did not know what kind of woman Ruby is exactly but at least she knows for sure Ruby's mother is a whore. A shameless slut who had been keeping an affair with her father even while her mother was alive.
• Natasha knew she needed protection as soon as possible. Being linked up to a powerful figure can guarantee the protection of herself and her kids. Not attending the dinner that Ruby had invited her to will definately trigger her to tell her father about her presence here in leaf city.
• And can't the old sick man she saved even look for her and reward her? The old man looks powerful, perhaps, he could protect her from her father. If it was for her, she will fight head on with her father but her babies... they are too little to suffer her father's irrational anger.
• Anyways, the old man is not fully healed, she believed they will soon find her and when they do, she will be able to table what she wants in return for treating the old man.
