• “Let me help you.” I take his shirt off when I notice him struggling to lift his arms. He has bruises on his right bicep and down to his right hip. He explains how did he get them. My tears stream down my cheeks, feeling horrified at how he suffered in that fire.
• “Get in the shower,” I tell without looking at him and strip my clothes off one by one when I see him getting inside the shower room. I follow, closing the glass door behind me.
