• "Rosalie...." She heard and gasped in shock when she finally recognized the voice. She quickly hung up the call before he could speak further. She sat down on the couch shakily.
• Her grip on the phone tightened and tears threatened to burst out of her eyes. How long has it been since she last heard that familiar voice? Five years. Five good years and he's just calling?
