Chapter 1702 Situation Got Worse
- The bear that was chasing them was a black bear. It was the most feared species among the people in the northeast region. In fact, they were even more afraid of bears compared to tigers and lions.
- In the northeast region, adults would always use bears to scare the kids. Adults were afraid of them too. Some of the older people living deep inside the mountains had also seen these bears moving around in the mountains.

To make matters worse, humans had also been picking medicinal plants in the mountains. Hence, a lot of the bears migrated toward the primeval forest, and sightings of them became less. After all, humans would most probably kill them if they were to see them.
