• I yawned tiredly, stretching my hands and legs till I heard a crack sound that filled my satisfaction. I fluttered my eyes open, squinting and shielding them from the brightness of the sun that seeped through the curtain, illuminating the room.
• My gaze met Selene's small frame that laid on the floor beside me. Almost giving in to the urge that wanted me to wake her, I withdrew my hands, allowing her to enjoy her slumber.
