• Pacing around my lair, I was impatient. I wanted the girl to be brought to me and I wanted it done now. Sending Nikolai and Wayne I was hoping this would make things go a lot faster for Marks. He had fallen off years ago, and I don’t know why I would allow him to live. He has been nothing but a pathetic annoying vampire. Always getting people to notice him, we didn’t want the humans to know we were around, but here he was doing his thing.
