• Lola's POV
• I breathed a sigh of relief as he left the kitchen. Damn this mate pull, I thought. He doesn't seem to feel it though, he just acted like he was repulsed and disgusted by me. Tears clouded my eyes at the thought of being rejected again and I tried to rein it in.
• "You know, he's not like that to everybody. He has a story behind his behaviour but I hope he'll be able to see past it and hold onto you before it's too late", Luna Rose said beside me and I raised my head up so fast, I think I broke a cervical bone.
