• I was lying on the bare floor inside of the room when I started to hear some footsteps approaching and I got up.
• It was already dark and no one had come to see me since I was brought into this room. I have had nothing all day, not even water. Maybe my father has finally instructed someone to get me something to eat and drink. If that is not the case, I might as well die of hunger inside here.
