Chapter 2 Part 2
- Laty strived to fight the hold Kill had on his body, but he wasn't productive. And neither did it feel like his howl did anything.
- Laty trashed some more. And when he felt that his howls weren't doing much for him, he decided to change to his human form.He knew it will leave him at a vulnerable angle, but he wasn't concerned about that.
- "Let go of me, you bloodsucker!” He tried to knee the man behind him, but Kil was having none of that.
- "Is this what you plan to reward me with?” Kil scoffed.
- "Reward you?” Laty frowned at him. “Let go of me!”
- "And I'm not doing that.” With his right hand holding his mate to himself, Kil ran his hand through his hair. “I Just found you. Don't think I'm going to let you go. Well, not until—”
- "Let me go!”With all the strength he can muster, Laty broke from the hold Kil had on him. He narrowed his eyes to a slit, as he gazed at the bloodsucker.
- Kil lazily rose from the floor. The wounds he had minutes ago have beings sealed off. And his feet looked as good as new.
- “What's wrong, mate?” Kil Smirked
- Of all, Kil never expected to have a werewolf mate. But who was he to complain? After all, his elder brother already has a human mate and a werewolf partner.
- There is nothing strange with not only having a mate of the same sex but of different species, in Makoha. It's now a normal occurrence.
- "Mate?” Laty growled at him. “What are you talking about?”
- Kil smirked, “you have your mark to tell you.” He turned to go.
- "Where do you think you are going to? I'm not through with you!” Laty balled his hands into fists.
- "But I'm through with this. Don't worry, I will be back soon. And when I return, I want you aware—”
- "Go to hell!” Picking one of the severed arms of the creatures that attacked them, he proceeded to hit Kil with it.Kil dodged the blow. He bent a bit, and that caused the arm Laty intended to hit him with, to fly out.
- "You, bloodsucker!" Laty made to kick him, but Kil was faster.
- Before Laty knew it, he was already pinned to a tree, with his hands joined."If you need this much foreplay, love. You should have told me about it, and not this." He said before he pecked the stunned Laty, on his mouth. "I will see you when I return."
- With those words said, he zoomed off, to get things prepared for his mate, leaving a stunned Laty to fall to the floor.
- "Gods, what just happened?" Laty sat there, shocked to his Bones.
- His mind couldn't process all that happened. It was as if his mind were on a sort of holiday, and is taking longer to reach the planet. He frowned when he recalled the words of the vampire.
- "But how could he be my mate?" Laty was sure his mark was that of a werewolf.
- But it turned out it was that of a dragon, and it was glowing!
- "Goddess!"
- He flopped to the floor, once more. "How did it change?"
- He sat there, dazed, like a fool.
- However, that lasted until he saw the vampire. It was as if something were renewed in him.
- He stood from the floor and stormed towards Kil who was walking at a pace that seemed to say he had no care whatsoever in this world.
- "Come, I have prepared everything for you."
- Laty glared at him, "take a step towards me, and you will regret this."
- Kil only smirked at the words, "it is unclear to me why you are this way, but I hope to change that.”
- His millions-dollar smile as he said those words was enough to make an ordinary man swoon. However, Laty isn't an ordinary man. He's out to get revenge on those who killed his parents. With a battle cry, he charged toward Kil.
- "Dark." Kil facepalmed as he watched his mate approach. "Whoever said having half-souls makes things easier for you, was lying."
- He thought he will be gifted with a docile female as his mate. But he was unlucky to have a deranged male mate.
- Kil captured his mate in his arms. "I would have loved to take you on a walk, but you leave me no choice."
- Lile lightning, he zapped back to the house he had in the wood.
- It wasn't much, but it was enough for the prince who loved the outdoors, more than the Palace. To him, the Palace is like a prison.
- "Let go of me!" Laty pushed on Kil when he stopped.
- "And I'm doing that." Kil released Laty, who staggered a bit before he righted his stance.
- "Are you stupid? What did you do to me?" Laty glared at him.
- Kil Smirked, "I will be back, mate." He said before he left his mate, in his room, to go and get something he forgot.
- Laty didn't waste anything at all. He didn't look around the room.He ran to the door and opened it. It creaked a bit before it fully opened. "Foolish bloodsucker."
- Laty would have loved to have a go with the man who claimed to be his mate. But right now, he's not concerned about that. He wants to run from this place, so he can better plan what to do next.He ran through the corridor, until he came to a stop, in front of a door.Laty tried the handle, but he found out the door was locked."Hell!" He tried to force the door open. However, the door didn't budge at all. It was as if he were a cockroach, attempting to remove a Lion off the road.He glanced around the place, to make sure there was no one around. “Great.” He smirked when he heard no sound.Laty glanced around one more time to make sure he didn't miss anyone before he smashed the door down.
