Chapter 4 The Encounter
- OH BOY!
- Is he really going to me?
- Shit!
- He was the definition of a perfect man. With his elegant physique, beautiful face, perfect lips, pointed nose, a couple of dark eyes that if you stared at and your jaw dropped immediately. Thick set of eyebrows. Messy hair that suited his face. his luxury apparel suited him very well. I wondered how many abs did he have under his suit?
- I shook my head by the thought.
- But he looked familiar. It’s like I’ve seen him, I just can’t really remember where and how.
- He is really close to me now. Shit! Just a little bit few steps. I couldn’t help but gulp over and over again. I felt my chest throb.
- Gosh! How will I turn around and avoid his dark eyes if he is really there? I don't know why I'm feeling this nervous. Strange feeling. I was sure that I didn’t feel this way to Andrei before, even on our first meeting.
- I immediately turned my eyes in another direction.
- "Hi, lady."
- I took a deep breath and turned to the person in front of my desk. He even sat there.
- "Uhm… H-hello," I replied sparingly.
- “May I join you? if you don’t mind.”
- Why asking for permission, if you are already taking your sit, I'd like to say.
- I stared at him first before smiling slightly. "S-sure, feel free," I nodded in response.
- I couldn't help but stare at his kissable lips. even though it was a bit dark in that part, I was sure he was more handsome up close.
- “You look familiar. I think we already met somewhere, ”he said.
- Suddenly I woke up in my sense. “Huh. P-Pardon?” I could feel the slight redness on both my cheeks when he gave me a sweet smile.
- "I said, have we met somewhere else?"
- “I-I think so. I don't remember either,” I replied even though I was stammering.
- “Anyway, I’m Lee, and you are?” He smirked and then extended his arms on me.
- I looked at his outstretched hand first. "Charm here." I accepted his handshake.
- I felt the warmth of his palm and his slight squeeze which caused me to be surprised. He grinned. I was shocked when he tenderly kissed the back of my palm. I feel ashamed, I suddenly retrieved my hand he was holding.
- “Charm? Your name suits you, beautiful. Like a lucky charm,” she said in the sexiest tone.
- The wind blew me away. "Hmm… You're good at flattery, aren't you?" I said and I smiled softly.
- He shook his head. “No, I’m not, Charm. What I said is true,” he said seriously as I sighed.
- "Really?"
- "Yeah." He smiled mischievously. "Are you alone?"
- “Isn’t it obvious?” I asked as I played with the contents of the goblet.
- "Well, I think so." He shrugged. "Like you, I don't have anyone with me either."
- Liar! I saw you with a companion. I think you're a group of friends, I'd like to say. I look back at where he came from.
- He also turned to look at where I was looking. “I mean, they’re busy,” he said, then turned to me.
- "Uh… Okay."
- "Why are you alone?" he asked as if wondering.
- “Being alone is a good way to have some peace of mind,” I said while sipping some wine.
- “Yeah, I agree. But you are too beautiful to be alone in this bar.”
- “Do I have to thank you because you’re here to accompany me? Anyway, you’re too handsome to be alone too,” I answered mischievously.
- he smirked and then smiled at me. "Thank you."
- My forehead furrowed. "Where?"
- "By saying I'm handsome in your eyes," he said mischievously. "I think it's meant to be."
- “Meant to be?” There was a smile playing on my lips, maybe it was the effect of what I drank.
- "Because we're both loners tonight."
- “Ah. I guess,” I just agreed.
- We talked about a lot of things. Until I dared to talk to him. I just felt at the point of our conversation that I was already attracted to him.
- I stared at him again, he was really familiar. I just don’t want my memory to work when and where I saw him. I just shook my head when I didn't remember.
- "Something wrong?"
- “Nothing. I’m just trying to remember where did I see you. It's as if we've already seen each other. You look so very familiar to me.”
- “Same here. I thought I was the only one thinking about it before. You look very familiar too.”
- I poured wine into his empty glass and filled mine as well. Then we toasted.
- “Cheers…” I raised my glass. I lost my shame because of the amount I drank. but he, it seems, he's not drunk.
- "Cheers," he replied, then we sipping our wineglass at the same time.
- I slowly poured the wine into my glass while just looking at him, and so did he. But he looks like I'm melting because it's so deep and steady. I feel it penetrates my bones and soul.
- He said something I didn’t quite understand. I just focused on her lips as if it was delicious to tastes. I can't help but roll my eyes. What I didn't know, he was also staring at my lips. I just felt him move to sit next to me.
- He held my hand and caressed it. He also brought it to his lips, then kissed the back of my palm. I like the heat coming from there so I couldn’t help but swallow.
- I knew he was trying to seduce me. Oh… Let’s try it then.
- I could smell the puff of his breath hitting my cheek. His face got closer and closer to mine. So even before he did what he was planning, I preceded him.
- I put my arms around his neck and pulled him near me. I immediately tasted his warm lips that had been playing with my brain how delicious it was. I felt that he was shocked at what I did. But later on, he also snaked his arms around my waist while his other hand was on my back.
- He pulled me closer to his body and he deepened our kiss. He did a small bite on my lips. When I opened my mouth, he immediately tasted me there and licked me more. I was moaning as he gently bit my tongue and caressed my skin. Until I also did what he was doing. We enjoyed each other’s kisses and touches.
- We even overcame our shortness of breath when our lips parted. His hands are still wrapped around my waist and so am I. We just stared and not even a word came between us.
- My heart still doesn't stop beating so fast. Because I made the reason for our identity to deepen even more tonight. I know it's wrong, but I also enjoyed the kiss we shared.
- Maybe I'm already drunk. But I can still think straight. But why didn't I even stop what I did? Maybe I just wanted to savor his lips because it was enticing and seemed to invite me to kiss him.
- I was so bitten by the thought.
- She looked at my lips. “Seducer”
- I ignored him. I just laid my head on his shoulder when he came even closer to me. Aside from being embarrassed, I was also dizzy. I felt his mouth on my head, he smelled it and then planted a kiss on my head, neck, and bare shoulder.
- I could feel my whole body getting hotter, but I didn't move. I also stopped moaning. I let him do it all because it's nice to feel like you're being rocked.
- The loud music was suddenly replaced by romantic music. Everyone was silent and seemed to be settled at their respective tables. Others danced romantically. No one bothers, even kissing and almost making out on the dance floor.
- "Do you like the music, hmm?" he asked kindly.
- “Yes…” I answered with my eyes closed, enjoying the romantic music.
- “Can I have this dance with you then?”
- I was struck by his kind question. "I don't know how to dance," I replied. It's embarrassing because I don't know.
- "I'll guide and teach you," he said with a smile.
- I hesitate to smile. "Okay, let's try then."
- He stood in front of me and held out his right hand. "Shall we, honey?"
- Honey? Hmm… I love the endearment, huh.
- "The pleasure is mine, honey," I replied as if still flirting.
- We never went far. We just imitated the others across from their table.
- He immediately pulled my body against his wide chest. He was tall, I was five-four tall, only up to his shoulder.
- I swallowed, but still, I kept going. It's up to where it all ends. I just think, It probably won't go beyond kissing, caressing, and holding everything.
- Like what I did a while ago, I wrapped my arms around his neck. Then he pulled my body next to him. I was swallowed up again by how close we were to each other. There seems to be no end to the pounding of my chest.
- We started moving, no one speaking. He looked me in the eyes. I did the same, but I was the first to cut and just stared at his black tie.
- “I thought you don’t dance?” he whispered in my ear a few minutes later.
- “Just kidding. Of course, I know a little, ”I replied smiling.
- “Such a surprise, hmm…” He smirked, and then kissed my head.
- I just closed my eyes and just savored what he did along with the lyrics of the song. The music playing was Kyla’s “Till They Take My Heart Away.”
- We’re just observed each other. I felt his hands tighten around my waist. In that position, I could feel our hearts beating. As well as our rage.
- "I want you."
- I automatically raised my face to stare at him. Our eyes have met.
- "I-I like y-you," I stammered. I don’t know why that came out of my mouth.
- He kissed me deep and slow. For the second time around, I tasted his soft lips again. I responded to his kiss the same way. So we were both chasing our breath afterward. That was the best intimate kiss I’d ever tasted. It only came from him. From this stranger.
- “Let’s get out of here?” he asked howling.
- Because I was more taken aback by the kiss he gave me, I just nodded and clung to his neck even more. I don't understand, as long as everything is new and it feels good.
- "My place or yours, honey?" he asked in my ear. His hug was still tight.
- "Anywhere, honey."
- He smirked. "Okay."
- He immediately pulled me to sit down and said goodbye for a moment. When he left, I continued sipping on my liquor. I even drank a few shots.
- Am I wasted now? This is what I want, right?
- I was about to take another shot, but I feel there's a hard hand stop my hand.
- “Enough. We can drink later… at my place, honey,” he said mischievously.
- I swallowed even though my spirit was drunk. I knew very well what he was implying and what deeper would happen to us later. He stood me up and led me out.
- “W-wait. I haven’t paid my bills yet,” I said.
- “Don’t bother, honey. I already paid for your order. Come on.”
- My mouth fell open. I didn’t expect that he would pay it for me because we had just met.
- “How much? I will pay you, ”I asked while taking money from my wallet. Maybe he thinks I am the same as other women who flirt for money.
- I could see his eyes light up. "Don't mind it, lady," he held my hand.
- I stopped and looked at him. "You?" I was dazed when suddenly there was a memorable scene. "The man—"
- "You hit my car somewhere."
- Yeah, it's really him. Oh, my God...
- It was as if my intoxication suddenly disappeared and both my cheeks became hot. "No, I need to return your money."
- “No. I will not accept that.”
- My forehead furrowed. "O-okay," I replied.
