• Despite the distractions, meeting new people, and Chandler who stood by her side the entire time, Elena didn't forget the reason why she'd agreed to come in the first place, and took every opportunity she got to introduce not only herself but her business to people. To some she even gave her card. If one of them contacted her to cater for one of their big events, she'd call it a big win.
• When music began to play and Chandler extended his hand towards Elena, a warm smile adorning his lips, she knew what he was asking before he even said it and she shook her head. "No, Chandler" she said, but she had a smile on her face. "You're not doing this to me again,"
• Chandler ignored her protest. "Elena, would you like to dance with me?" his voice held a gentle invitation, his eyes fixed on her with an unwavering sincerity.
