• “Good morning, Alpha” I looked up to see Ashley, Tunde’s younger sister standing at the door of my office with a sad smile on her face. It’s been a rough month, it’s been over a month since Tunde died and it has still been a touchy subject for me, for Ashley, or even for anyone. I still haven’t gotten used to his absence yet. I decided to not choose a new Beta and let Ashley fill in the position whenever she feels like it. It’s just a way of getting her to be better, nothing else.
