“Those guys lacked vital energy,” he mused, his voice low. “They must have been practitioners from ancient times who had fallen, only to be revived now. But where could they have obtained such a potent Power of Restoration? And besides, I sensed that some of them had an incredibly abundant vital energy. They didn't seem like ancient beings who had just been revived but rather cultivators from my era.”
Ruth's face paled as she processed Zeke's observations, her mind racing. “I think I understand what's going on. There's always been talk of a teleportation passage within the Ancient Graveyard. Perhaps these cultivators have come from the demon realm. But it's also possible they're from our planet.”
