Chapter 7

• Demon was beyond pissed; Samara’s pale was flashing in his mind continuously, which he can’t tolerate.
• He saw a young maid walking in front of him with a bowed head; he asked her, suppressing his anger, “You were the one who prepared Samara’s bath?”
• She nodded positively; she was shaking in fear. She never thought that this matter would get this serious, and she will be standing in front of Demon, waiting for the punishment.
• She thought that if she threatened and harassed Samara, Samara might run away, and Demon would notice her and the other four friends, but things turned against her plan.
• Everyone bowed down their heads, and they all were thinking what punishment Demon would give to the maid, but before they could conclude, they heard a voice “Bang” it was a bullet shot, and the maid fell on the ground.
• Demon shot her in the head, precisely between eyebrows. She died on the spot.
• Everyone’s eyes were wide open, and their mouths went dry because of fear, he said, “If anyone dared to harm my Samara in any way, will die. John, clear this mess.”
• Saying this, he turned and walked to the stairs to go to his bedroom.
• Once he entered his room, he saw Samara sleeping peacefully. He walked towards the bed, kissed her forehead, and went to take a bath.
• After that, he went to the bathroom to take a bath, and came out some time and slipped in the bed, and slowly pulled sleeping Samara in his arms.
• He had never thought that he would have such feelings for any woman in the world. He always kept himself away from women, but today he was happy that he kept himself for the woman he fell in love with.
• Samara was sleeping peacefully, and Demon was watching her all night in his arms. He slept at dawn.
• When Samara woke up, she found herself in Demon’s arms, and he was sleeping peacefully. She cannot deny that he was hell handsome, but truth immediately hit her, and she tried to sit, but Demon’s grip on her waist was tight.
• Feeling the movement, he also woke up, and a smile crept on his face. He pulled Samara closer to him and kissed her forehead and said in his husky morning tone, “Good morning, little bird.”
• Samara was watching him with her innocent eyes. She was thinking about what was going on. She had made a picture of the Demon as an evil person, so she didn’t understand his soft side.
• He stood up and said in a gentle tone, which he had never before used for anyone, “Pumpkin, go and take a bath; we will have breakfast after that.”
• Samara nodded like an obedient child and went to take a bath, poor Samara was not even aware that the maid who bullied her yesterday was no more in this world.
• After taking a bath, Demon holds her hand and walks to the dining room. He made her eat a lot of stuff; she could not deny him, she was hell scared of him.
• Demon knew that she was scared of him; he thought that they would get along well with time.
• After breakfast, he got a call, and he had to travel to Italy for his underworld stuff.
• He had a meeting with a weapon dealer in Italy; initially, he wanted to take Samara with him, but he knew it would be too much for her. She is very innocent and unaware of this cruel world.
• So it’s better to keep her away from all this. He told Samara, “Pumpkin, I am going out of the country for a few days, you stay here, and you are not allowed to move out of this house.”
• Before leaving, Demon kissed her forehead and said, “Pumpkin, stay here and take care of yourself, I have a surprise for you, once I am back, I will give that surprise.”
• Samara was touched with his act; he was a mafia king. But he was very gentle when he talked to her.
• But she immediately stopped her feelings from going ahead, saying to herself, ‘Samara, you are just a prisoner here. To protect your brother, you should concentrate more on how to escape this place and this city with your brother forever.’
• Samara nodded positively, she doesn’t want to piss him with any of her actions. She will do anything to protect her brother.
• By evening Demon left the country. Samara was sitting in Demon’s bedroom by the window. She was indulged in the thought, she was not happy with the situation; this place was like a golden cage, but she was satisfied that she could at least do something to protect her brother.
• She always wanted to do something for her brother, he always took care of her more than a father, and he never thought about himself, she was always his first priority.
• The group of maids who lost their one friend because of Samara wanted to take revenge. Four of them thought of a plan, and they started executing the plan.
• The next day Samara was sitting in the garden when one maid approached her and gave her tea; Samara smiled, taking tea, and said, “thank you.”
• The maid said with a sweet smile, “Mam, you are a very nice person, very much grounded.”
• Samara just smiled at her; the maid also turned around and went inside the house and smirked.
• That maid started interacting more with Samara, and Samara also felt comfortable talking to her; she was very happy that she had someone to talk to.
• On the third day, the maid signaled Samara to go to the garden, and Samara did as the maid asked her.
• After reaching into the garden, Samara was sitting on the bench; the maid came with tea and said while handing over tea to Samara, “Mam, I don’t think this place is nice for you.”
• Samara smiled helplessly and said, “I know, but I can’t do anything, I can’t risk my brother’s life.”
• The maid said, “Mam, why don’t you leave this city with your brother?”
