Chapter 7 ) Daniel's Salvation 2

• "Hi! Snow White. How are you?", Daniel said and smirked playfully at her trembling body.
• Maria's heart filled with fear. Sweat drops appeared on her forehead. She stared at him blankly.
• Daniel ran his eyes on her body, from head to Toe. She was looking gorgeous in a white wedding gown that showed her every curve perfectly.
• "Who are you young man and why did you disturb the wedding?", Maria's father; Mr. Stone asked and Alex took Maria's hands in his again and squeezed a little bit to comfort her.
• Maria craned her neck and looked at Alex. She felt guilty for hiding the important incident of her life from him.
• "This marriage isn't going to happen so everyone leaves now", Daniel said and the other trio Arjun, Neil, and Davis were looking here and there.
• "What do you mean, huh?", Alex barked at Daniel, and Maria got scared to see him like this.
• "Boy, I'm saying Maria is mine, that's why there is no wedding. You can go home", Daniel said and Maria's breath stuck in her chest.
• "What fuck are you saying huh? She is my girlfriend and today is our wedding", Her boyfriend- Alex stated and everyone was watching the live show.
• Whispering sounds filled the whole church.
• "She is mine", Alex said and started to move towards Daniel but soon Arjun, Neil, and Davis stood beside Daniel.
• They crossed their arms around their wide chest and her boyfriend stopped midway.
• "Boy! Listen to me very carefully. Maria is mine and you came in between us. I have known her for a year", Daniel said and moved towards her.
• "Snow White! Do you remember what today's date is? It's one year of our relationship, right baby? Or, Did you really forget about the date in the excitement of your marriage?", Daniel said bitterly.
• Maria's eyes went wide and she remembered how she met him on her eighteenth birthday and the day after her birthday, he kidnapped her and today was the same day of her being kidnapped.
• "Sapphire! Will you say something?", Mrs. Stone asked Maria.
• Maria looked at her parents who were confused but anger was relevant in their eyes.
• "Mother! Father! I. I.-", Maria didn't know how to disclose about them.
• "Sapphire", Alex came and stood beside her and her eyes were moist and red.
• Daniel glared at Alex. They were ready to pounce over each other.
• "Ask her where she was last year for three days. She was with me and she even slept with me", Daniel said casually and everyone gasped at his statement.
• Maria froze at her place.
• Arjun, Neil, and Davis shook their heads negatively at their brother's statement and the blunder he created just now.
• "What do you mean She slept with you?", Alex questioned Daniel.
• "We slept in each other's arms comfortably. She was with me for three days", Daniel said but half truth and half lie.
• Suddenly, Maria felt her cheeks sting. She looked at the person who hit her. Her eyes were wide at the realization that her boyfriend, Alex slapped her.
• Alex again raised his hand to slap and she closed her eyes in fear but nothing happened.
• When Maria opened her eyes, she saw Daniel twist the hand of Alex, and Alex was in immense pain.
• "How dare you hurt her, huh? How dare you hit her? You fuckard", Daniel spat angrily and punched Alex and Alex fell down on the floor.
• "You bitch!", Alex cursed Maria which caused her to stiffen because this was the first time when Alex cursed her or used any bad words for her.
• Her eyes stared at Alex.
• "You were so good at acting. Whenever I come close to you. You always put a stamp of 'After marriage' on my face. You never even allowed me to kiss you. Huh? All was your facade, right? A good daughter for your parents. A good catholic girl who follows every command of her parents", Alex was angry and said hurtful things to Maria.
• Daniel marched over Alex but Maria held his hand. Other people started accusing Maria of adulteration but Arjun, Neil, and Davis handled them carefully. All the guests immediately left the campus of the Church.
• "Sapphire! Is it true that you were with him?", Maria's father asked her.
• Maria was speechless and scared also.
• "Y. Yes Father", Maria admitted and her mother slapped Maria and Maria sobbed loudly.
• Daniel was ready to kill Maria's mother but Arjun, Neil and Davis stopped him.
• "Mother! Please listen to me", Maria said while her hiccups filled the church.
• "Stop! You are an ungrateful child. We gave you everything. We gave you choices but you degraded us and our following", Maria's mother said and started to move away with her family.
• "Father! This is not the whole truth. I was kidnapped. You know that", Maria was saying but suddenly her father cut her off, "Who kidnapped you?"
• "I kidnapped her. She was with me and I was the one who left her at your house", Daniel spoke and Arjun, Neil, and Davis wanted to smack Daniel's head and put some senses in his Demonic brain.
• "Why the fuck Danny is chattering so much?", Arjun murmured to Davis who shook his head negatively.
• "He messed up Junie. I just hope Mary will accept him", Davis responded to Arjun.
• "I'm tired now seeing her crying face", Neil said as he felt bad for Maria.
• "We are helpless. The demon is claiming the soul that belongs to him", Arjun said and Davis and Neil Nodded their heads and again concentrated on the high-voltage drama.
• "Is this true, Sapphire?", Mr. Stone asked and Maria looked down as she nodded her head hesitantly.
• "You lied to me", Alex said as he wanted to hit Maria again.
• "You bitch, You acted like a saint in front of me and whoring around another man huh?", Alex cursed Maria.
• However, this time numerous punches landed on Alex's from three different sides. Arjun, Davis, and Neil marched at Alex and started showering punches on him.
• Maria was trembling because of all the fiasco. Daniel wrapped his arms around her waist and she pushed him away from her. She threw daggers at him and Daniel rolled his eyes at her in frustration.
• Maria saw her parents were going out of the church. She ran towards her parents and tried to make them understand the situation exactly what happened last year but her mother slapped Maria again.
• Her father spoke harshly to her and how she made them look down because of shame.
• Because of her, they were not able to show their faces in society.
• Maria's heart cracked. She looked at her siblings who looked away from her.
• Daniel grabbed Maria's hands but she pulled herself out of his iron grip and she followed her parents. She ran to her house barefoot and stood outside of her house.
• Maria started pleading to open the door for her but nobody returned her calls.
• Daniel came after her and saw how she was banging on the door of her parent's house with her little fist but nobody opened the door for her.
• Maria cried loudly. She tried to explain herself but nobody gave her a chance. She sat down on the ground and tears were flowing through her eyes.
• She felt a figure around her. She looked upon the figure and saw the demon gazing at her.
• "Let's go", Daniel said but she pulled her hands out of his grip and slapped him.
• Daniel just stared at her and didn't say anything. He again pulled her towards him and she landed on his chest. He wiped her tears with his fingers.
• "Because of you, I lost everything. I lost my parents and their trust. Because of you, my wedding is broken. I'm homeless now. Are you happy now? I slapped you for once but you went so far. You destroyed me, completely", Maria said and again raised her hands to slap him but Daniel took her hands tightly.
• "Shut up", Daniel said in his loud scratchy voice and she shivered. His eyes were red. She again glanced at the door.
• "Let's go from here", Daniel said grumpily When he found that her parents were not allowing her to enter the house.
• The weather was cold enough to drill the bones. And here His Snow White was waiting for her parents to open the door for her.
• Maria was pleading continuously but no one paid any attention to her pleadings.
• "I'm not going anywhere with you. This is my home and my family lives here", Maria said and more tears ran out of her eyes.
• "Your parents disowned you so you don't have any choices here", Daniel said and dragged her but she hit his shoulder with his tiny hands.
• "You wouldn't like me when I get angry", Daniel said in a cold tone and Maria looked at her siblings who were peeking out of the window of their rooms.
• Maria remembered how her parents looked disgustingly at her and her heart ached because of all this. She knew that she had broken the trust of her parents but her mind replayed each word of her boyfriend, Alex who spat on her bitterly, slapped her, and called her names.
• Her heart was shattered and coldness seeped not only into her bones but also heart, mind, and soul
• Suddenly, her head spun and she clutched Daniel's hands tightly and collapsed in his arms.

• ~The Current time, In DANIEL's Bedroom:
• "He thinks that I am asleep huh? Well, let him be whatever he is thinking. I will show him how wrong he did to me", Maria spoke in her mind and glared at his sleeping face but soon her eyes softened and her gazes were stuck on his sharp-pointed appealing features.
• Her heart was thudded loudly.
• Maria wanted to run her fingers on his face. She wanted to trace his facial features but she controlled her urges and withdrew her desires.
• She ran her eyes on his face and calculated how handsome he was looking. He was like a Greek God. His thick brows, long eye-laces, fuller lips, pointed nose, sharp jawline, broad shoulders, wide chest, and toned torso.
• Maria's eyes went wide when she got to know that he was lying beside her without his shirt. He was half naked.
• She gulped down nervously and immediately closed her eyes, took a deep breath and released. After a few minutes of meditation, She fell asleep on his hard chest.
• But a demonic smirk danced on his lips as if a predator was waiting for its prey.
