Chapter 13 : Coco's Scars

• Lynn Xi frowned in annoyance, "What's wrong? Miss Niki seems to be very concerned about other people's children, huh? On her first day at work, Miss Niki made everyone in the recording studio wait for you. What a big favor she's asking for, Miss Niki!"
• In that split second when Coco raised her hand, Luo Jinyi noticed a bruise the size of a bowl bottom under her armpit. The bruise had a tinge of purple, making it quite horrifying to look at.
• "Coco, lift your hand up." Luo Jinyi bent down and squatted in front of Coco.
• But Coco glanced at Lynn Xi, pouted, and refused to speak. Her eyes were already filled with tears.

• "Shouldn't you ask Miss Lin about this, Mr. Lu? This injury has been there for a while. Can it appear overnight after staying at my place?" Lynn Xi's gaze fell on Lu Zhihuai, making her feel uneasy.
• After a while, Lynn Xi pretended to look surprised and quickly walked to Coco's side, grabbing her arm. "Coco! Why didn't you tell Enxi sister earlier when you got injured? Who bullied you?"
• Coco frowned in pain and, seeing Lynn Xi's gloomy eyes, immediately stuttered, "Daddy, it wasn't Enxi sister. It was... it was when Coco was fighting with other kids at kindergarten."

• Lu Zhihuai's gaze became mysterious, and he started to have doubts.
