• Once inside our room, Vince slammed the door shut with unnecessary force. I flinch from the impact, I gulp fearfully as Vince angrily pace the room. I wonder if he's angry at Kara or just angry about the situation we are in.
• I wait patiently for him to calm down, he took a few deep calming breaths. Stalk towards me, stopping an inch in front of me and pulling me into his arms. I quickly wrapped my arms around his neck, resting my head on his solid chest listening to his heart beating rapidly.
