Chapter 28 Suicide Part Two

• Maxwell was shocked and hurriedly lifted her out of the bloody water. He carried her out of the bathroom and laid her on the white bed, his large hands firmly holding her still-bleeding wrist! With his other hand, he quickly dialed the family doctor's number. He only let go of her when he managed to stop the bleeding.
• While waiting for the doctor to arrive, he wiped the water droplets off her body and hair, covered her with a blanket, and made sure everything was properly taken care of before the doctor arrived.
