Chapter 3 Unexpected Call From Jeremy's Father

• Just when Jeremy enters his office, Victoria comes to mind, he immediately begins to imagine her physical appearance and many expectations hang around him, especially what Vicky will be like physically. His mind flies and suddenly the door opens unexpectedly:
• “Boss, a young woman is waiting for you for an interview,” says the secretary.
• "It's okay to come in," he looks at her and winks, the woman immediately lowers her gaze.
• Victoria enters quickly, very confused, she is wearing tight-fitting black pants with an indigo shirt tucked into her pants, with her long brown hair loose and very neat. She looked very simple but beautiful, her delicate silhouette was revealed in a harmonious way with her height, she looked like a model with her long and thin legs.
• Jeremy stares at her, falling in love with Vicky's sweet beauty. He drops a leaf that he was holding in his hands. Victoria was therefore glimpsed looking at the huge office.

• Suddenly his cell phone rings and Jeremy takes a moment to answer, it was his father who was calling him:
• “Hello Jeremy.”
• “Hello Dad. Now I'm busy.”
• “Don't worry, I won't be late. I just want to ask if you can come home today?”
• “If it's okay, Dad, I'll stop by there tonight.”
• “I want you to come right now, your mother is sick and wants to see you.”
• “Dad, I'm busy with an interview.”
• “Or with a conquest?”
• “What things are you saying, dad.”
• “I know you very well Jeremy. Come now please.”
• "Okay," he hangs up the cell phone and quickly says to Victoria, who was waiting very nervously:
• “You are hired. Meet Sonia, the secretary, so she can take you to your workplace and give you instructions on the position you will occupy. I have to go; I have a family matter coming up.”
• "It's okay, sir," Jeremy smiles and quickly leaves me.
• Victoria wants to run away; she feels like she doesn't belong there. She previously worked in a bookstore while waiting for a place to enter university. However, he thinks very seriously about his situation and cannot afford to run away. He needs the money for his sister Hannah's operation.

• He arrives with Travis to his parents' house. He was very overwhelmed by the way his father ordered him to visit them quickly.
• “Hello. "I'm here, family," Jeremy shouts.
• "Good afternoon young man, your parents are waiting for you in your bedroom," Manny the housekeeper warns him.
• He goes up and goes into his parents' room:
• “If I don't demand it of you, you won't deign to visit your mother. You don't even call to find out about his health.”
• “Don't start with your sermons, dad,” Jeremy frowns.
• “Please don't argue now, "It's good to see your son," Elizabeth puts a smile on her face when she sees Jeremy.
• “Me too, mom,” Jeremy approaches her and kisses his mother on the forehead.
• “My son, your father and I are old, you are our only son. Give us the joy of seeing you married and with a beautiful family,” his mother tells Jeremy.
• Jeremy respects and admires his parents, however, he has not even remotely considered the possibility of getting married and starting a home, that is not in his plans for now. Since he is barely 25 years old and is a crazy boy in search of adventure, despite having a large fortune, he does not intend to start a family.
• “Please, mom, I don't have to get married now, I'm still very young and you guys aren't that old either. I think you're exaggerating,” Jeremy frowns.
• Jeremy still does not believe in marriage even if it is the solution to create stability in his life, he feels that he has everything financially and even thinks that he has enough money to buy a wife in the future if necessary.
• “That is our only wish before leaving this world. Do it for me, for your mother," Elizabeth pleads while Andrew, her father, looks at him in disbelief.
• "Don't be dramatic, mom, you're not dying," Jeremy says, laughing.
• "I demand that you respect your insolent mother," Andrew immediately scolds him. We want grandchildren to grow up in the family.
• "You're not going to believe what they say about me, that I have children scattered all over the world," Jeremy warns them.
• “The only thing I believe is that you are immature and lack respect for life.”
• “Now, Dad, you see why I don't like visiting them, the only thing they create is drama. I better go.”
• "Wait Jeremy," his mother implores.
• “Tell me mom.”
• “You have to announce your engagement this week. With all the pain of my soul I told you; If you do not announce your engagement soon, rest assured that we will disinherit you.”
• “For God's sake, mom. I have my own businesses and I have my own fortune. They won't force me to do something I don't want on a whim.”
• “You call it a whim to want your well-being. Do it for your mother who suffers from not having a grandson to share with,” says her father Andrew.
• Jeremy sighs with an obvious sign of boredom, his plans are not yet to get married, much less have children, but he also does not want to fail his parents, which is what he loves most in life. Because of what you feel at a dead end.
